Just a note about the car seat. It isn’t known for fitting newborns (and especially premies) well. The harness slots start too high. If you are set on a Graco, the Snugride 30, 35, or 40 are much more appropriate and get great reviews! Car Seats for the Littles is a great resource if you have more questions!

I had this for my last baby. She was born at 6 lbs 6oz and when we left the hospital she was around 5lbs 14oz and she fit great! Belts fit nice and snug and chest clip was in the right spot. I’ve taken car seat tech classes and I feel as though this seat fits small babies great. I can’t comment on maybe a 3lb baby, but a typical “small baby” fits fine.

I bought this car seat with my first baby and hated it! The straps don’t adjust from the front and you have to adjust each one individually. It is so annoying and awkward to have to reach behind the seat to tighten them every single time you put baby in. We didn’t realize how inconvenient it was until my daughter outgrew this and her next car seat adjusted from the front. We just had a new baby and replaced this car seat with a nicer one because we just couldn’t go back. It may not seem like a big deal but when it is something that you are using daily it’s worth it to spend a little more money to get something nicer in my opinion. But a nice car seat and buy a used stroller. They are so easy to find because people upgrade their car seats and get new strollers and a lot of the old ones are compatible with the new car seats.

I bought this 2 yrs ago for my last baby and I LOVED it!!! It’s an excellent lightweight stroller that folds up on its wheels not down on the ground which I loved. The carrier is easy to use and the material is easy to take off and clean. The straps are SO easy to adjust when needed also.
