I used sherwin Williams paint for the first time when they had this sale a few months ago, it’s the best paint I ever bought!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sweet! Thanks for the feedback Allison!

Does any one know, how much is a gallon of paint and primer cost for indoor paint?

    • heather

The super paint is what most people recommend using. It’s about $55/gallon normal price. It’s paint and primer in one.

Yes!! We had blood red walls and we picked a light geige color and just slapped it on to checked if we liked it, completely covered in one shot. Its been up there maybe a month and no bleeding through. I cant wait until its time to really paint, Im really impressed.

The emerald is the best for durability, ease to paint with and primer in one. It’s $46 with the 40% off at my local Sherwin Williams. Since we bought our house in October that’s all I’ve used. I stock up on a few colors I have picked out. I have 2900 square feet of house to paint. Lol. So I buy a couple rooms at a time so it doesn’t get old and settle.

I’m so happy this sale popped up! We are buying a new house and are getting it painted. The painter asked if we wanted to purchase the paint ourselves – so this is fabulous!

How exciting! Congratulations on your new home! 😀

Love Sherwin Williams. Bought a couple cans form last sale and I’m very pleased with the results!

Happy to hear that! Thanks so much for the review!

I had my house exterior painted last year, used super paint for the siding and the mid grade for the trim, it looks amazing and has held up really well, cleans easily. I bought it during this sale and it saved me hundreds!! Totally recommend.

I am a professional painter and we only use SW paints, unless client requests ben moore. If u r not sure what color u want the paint but want to take advantage of the sale, you can buy the paint as plain white now and bring it back later to have tinted. Same for primer, it can be tinted too! Best if u know you will need 2 coats. Paint the tinted primer first then tinted paint, especially on new drywall. It is cheaper this way too.

Love this paint. My husband and I recently had new siding put up on our house and garage and used Sherwin Williams paint for all of the siding and trim work. We were SO HAPPY with the paint!!! It is a bit pricy, but for a good reason. I would NOT recommend Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, etc paint above Sherwin Williams. We were able to use a family member discount which is 40%, and that dropped the price A LOT! I can’t express the great quality of this paint, except to say that you won’t be disappointed if you buy this. Good luck painting everyone!!!

We used this in our home. 3500 sq ft and we painted every inch of every single wall. 65 gallons of paint in total. We came across SW paint at the very end. I wish we would have used it throughout. Love it and we’ll worth it. Will definitely use in the future when we change out colors
