I wanted to give a bit of advice related to the Red Robin gift card and Tarzan movie ticket offer. If these gift cards are bought, WAIT at least 6 hours to go online and complete the registration for your free tickets. This statement is made in small letters on the gift card holder, but I missed it. I tried three times to activate 2 cards receiving error messages. I then received a message stating I had used all the chances that I had for the day. I called the customer service number on the card and was told to carry the cards back to the store for reactivation. Tried that bit of advice and was told there was nothing the Huntsville, AL, Red Robin restaurant could do for me. Anyway- definitely wait until the next day to try and complete the online info for your movie ticket. Note if you receive ERROR messages, you probably won’t be able to get that free movie ticket that was promised! I have bought multiple gift cards in the past, received the movie ticket, and used the movie ticket successfully, but this time is different. There is a huge flaw in the system, if no one can do anything to help you redeem the ticket that was promised.
