Is this for the Kindle that came out in December that costed 50 bucks?
“Includes special offers” means that the special price for the kindle includes CONSTANT pop ups and advertisements on the home screen and during app usage…and some are BIG. It is very aggravating. I know this because I bought one about 2 months ago. When I called about the pop ups, amazon told me that the special price was because it included these “special offers” and that it would cost $20 (I think it was $20) to remove that setting. I complained and told them I would send it back. They ended up removing it as a courtesy because “special offers” is not quite clear enough in their description. So, if you get this Kindle, which is a good product, just know what “special offers” really means.
I know what you mean. Those special offers kill the battery fast. The 6 gb memory is more like 1.5 because the system software takes up more than 4.
