The next time you head to your local Walmart store, be sure to keep your eyes peeled as you may spot the GoPro Hero marked all the way down to just $30 (regularly $129+)! Note that this possible low price is valid in-store only at select locations.
Hip2Save reader, Angela, spotted this *HOT* $30 GoPro Hero offer at her local store even though the inventory checker stated they were priced at $65 so be sure to price check! Also keep in mind that Go Pros are usually kept in a locked cupboard so you’ll have to ask an employee to check if they have this item in stock. Finally, Angela was able to purchase an extra warranty for 2 years for ONLY $3 since the camera was on clearance! AWESOME!

Ugh! Got here first thing and they had none out and guy tried to tell me they didn’t have them. He looked in locked cabinet anyway and had 3! They rang up for $169 🙁 the brick seeker said $30…..I left with none.
The brick seeker site for walmart and target has been wrong many times for me….says it’s in Stock with 2 or 3 and then nothing…then I check days later and it still never updates that there isn’t any and I combed the store! I’m glad it works for some people but it turns into a wild goose chase for me!

Did they check the back? At my store, there was no place for them on the shelf, not even a sticker. They begrudgingly checked in the back room of electronics and found them.
They were pretty reluctant. I let it go.
There are 6 Walmart stores on Oahu and all 6 are out-of-stock! They were priced at either $30 or $65 at the various stores. Would’ve been great to use for the Summer!
Oahu – that island is pure heaven 🌞 We stayed there for 4 nights after a Hawaiian cruise for our honeymoon 😀

We drove an hour to the nearest Walmart that had them in stock. We arrived at Walmart 5 minutes before the store closed and they refused to help us.
Walmart has THE worst costumer service. I hate…HATE shopping there. Honestly they need to work on that. They do have great prices but because of the way they treat costumers they end up loosing them.

Checked last night and the inventory checker and the Walmart app said there were two in stock here for $30. I checked this morning and the price on the app has shot back up to $95 with two still in stock. I called them up only to be told that they couldn’t find any cheaper than $165 on the shelves. I already knew that my store didn’t apply to any actual deals I’ve seen posted on here. Congrats to those who were able to score it though. My Walmart could learn a thing or two from yours.

If they have them then yes! Generic brands are at least this price or more.
If they have these in store will they hold one for you if you call? The only store that shows stock is 45 minutes away and I don’t want to drive there for nothing…

Someone went to our local Walmart this morning and bought the 3 remaining that were priced at $30. HOWEVER, the store clerk informed me that they had also marked down the GoPro Hero+ LCD to $74! It was originally priced at $299!!! Needless to say, I bought one…and got the 2 year replacement warranty for $7! SCORE!!

It is included in the URL. When you click on each GoPro item, look at the URL for the Walmart item ID. That is the only place I could see it. I got one on Friday at my local store for $25. I wanted to try it out before buying them for each kid in case the picture/video quality was no good. Let me just say you will NOT be disappointed!! I picked up 3 more today at another store for $30/each. Great deal on these!!
Awesome I grabbed 3 today as well. Was it easy to hook them up and download the video? My only worry was this model doesn’t have the LCD screen to see the video or the live shot right away.

I Drove 40 minutes (each way) to get the Go Pro they told me they were holding for me and when I got there they had sold it to someone else. They told me that it is not their policy to hold items. Wal-mart service at its finest.

They won’t price match I would guess but make sure they scan the right one! They scanned a few for me but there’s so many models they were scanning the wrong one and we eventually found the right one, it is the basic GoPro Hero with no LCD monitor that is clearanced for $30.
This is the second time I got a steal on this but even better of a price. I just order online and do site to store pick up. It won’t have the correct price but when you go to the store to pick it up it price adjusts at that moment. I paid $97 online, just went to the store to pick it up and it automatically price adjusted to $30!! About a month ago they were reduced and I did the same thing but it wasn’t as cheap as this!!!
Liz..can you tell me how this works? When you order online doesn’t it charge your CC right away and then you go to the store and basically just pick it up? Or do you scan your card and the item at the store and they print out a receipt? Has anyone else tried this to see if it works?

I ordered it online and use my credit card to pay right away. It was $97 then I went to the store to pick it up they looked up my name and then scans the item and it said adjustment made. And the guy told me oh it looks like you’re going to be getting credited $67. Then I got a email that said I was being credited $67 and change for the price adjustment. I did the same thing about a month ago when it was on sale for 60 something dollars. I initially went to the store and they told me they didn’t have any so Lancette of going online and purchasing it which showed original price but then when they scanned the item I got a price adjustment fun. So I knew this time it would probably do the same thing. I would suggest purchasing it online at a store that has it available paying the price it says and going there. Worst case scenario you can just return the item if they didn’t give you the price adjustment credit. I didn’t show them what it was supposed to be on sale for it just automatically did it without me saying anything. Hope that helps!

I checked inventory at our Walmart. They were supposed to have 2 in stock. I spent 30 minutes searching, clerk was no help but offered to order one online for me for $90. It would have been perfect Father’s Day gift.

I suppose no stores will let me price match as it’s showing out of stock on Wal-Mart.com now at the $95 price … I wonder if by any chance it’ll go back in stock so I can print it out to show them at Target or Best Buy…. I’d be willing to pay the $95 , not as good of a deal but at least I’d still be saving some!

There were only two stores by me that showed stock for $30. Of course they were all the furthest from my house. Drove 35 minutes to one and didn’t have any. Cheapest one was $169.99. Had them scam all of them too. Had my husband run out to the other store that’s 50 minutes away hours later and they didn’t have any of the $30 ones either but they had one left of the $74 hero plus LCD so he bought it! At least all the driving got me one! Thanks for posting!

Yesterday I rechecked the original post and saw what some people had tried…..I purchased it online and selected in-store pickup and it worked!! Headed to pick it up now, really hoping the price drops from $95 to $30 when I get it!!!! If it works, I’ll have a great Christmas gift stashed for my son who is really difficult to shop for!!!!
