If you buy 3 $1.99 Hallmark cards = $5.97 less $3/3 IP = $2.97 get $3 ECB back does make them Free. That’s IF you can find the $1.99 cards! My area it’s American Greetings, and many of the cards are price $2.99, though a few $2.49. the $0.99 cards do work for the AG deal, but the IP isn’t valid for those. I however, got a B2G1 Free from the coupon machine that I used on 3 $0.99 cards. The cashier for some reason put in $2.99 as the value, so I didn’t even have to use any ECBs to pay, just tax, and I got $3 back!
FYI, Its $2 for 3 American cards out of pocket. You get back $2 eb not $3. Shoot!

FYI – I bought 2 – $2.00 cards and 1 – $1.99 card and DID NOT get the ECB. The cards MUST be $2.00 or more… I bought the Hallmark ones.
