It’s actually a pretty cool feature. I personally don’t use my Bluetooth but it’s good for those that need a bit more motivation. They have it in kids toothbrushes as well. I have both oral b and sonicair brushes both with the Bluetooth. I was given both to try out by both companies since I’m a dental hygiene student.I prefer the sonicair. The oral b seems louder when in use.
I love this toothbrush! I have been a huge Sonicare fan for about 20 years, but switched to the Oral B about 6 months ago and I actually put my Sonicare away under the sink. I am a dental hygienist so they gave this toothbrush for us to try and I really haven’t looked twice at my Sonicare since i got this one. I still have a hard time getting used to how loud and kinda cheap the Oral B sounds in comparison to the Sonicare, but my teeth feel much cleaner! I love the different sizes of the toothbrush heads. The small head allows you to maneuver around the backs of the molars and focus on one tooth at a time. I don’t actually use the Bluetooth mode, but I guess if you like that kind of stuff it is nice. My professional opinion is that the best thing you can do for your oral health would be to invest in an electric toothbrush. Either the Oral B or the Sonicare are great toothbrushes and will make a huge difference in your overall dental health!
