I don’t find that offer on my Plenti household account. .

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Darn! 🙁

  2. 3babiesmommie

    Me either

  3. Karem

I have noticed that if you have your card linked to Saving star you dont get as many Plenti card household offers

    • Bonnie Avery

I received a Saving Star email picturing it as a new offer, but it doesn’t show up there either. This happens quite a bit, so I sent them an email asking why. No response yet.

that’s what i was wondering about myself…..i had it early in the morning on my ss account, but i didnt activate it and by the lunch time it was gone. I txted them on fb and they said :”
Thank you for using SavingStar! Unfortunately if you cannot see an offer on SavingStar.com, that means it has sold out. The brands who sponsor our offers only give us a limited number of activations per offer. Because of this, some popular offers may sell out quickly.” 🙁

    Neither can I

these same offers were on Savingstar this morning, and they’re NLA now. Tip – you need to get up very early to activate them. I have my alarm set at 5:30 am, otherwise the good offers go F.A.S.T.!!

  6. keliann

    I don’t have it either.

  7. kylie

I didn’t receive that offer.I have my plenti card hooked to plenti but not saving star.I have noticed people get different offers.Personally,I shop at rite aid all the time and don’t get many offers for that store.

  8. amanda

I didn’t have this coupon in my RP

  9. TRACEY

I activated it on my SS, but when I go to submit the rebate the bar code won’t scan. It says the product doesn’t match, but of course it does. Grrr

  10. Martina

they dont have spider effect in my area in any rite aid 🙁

Has anyone purchased this and gotten the points for the household offer? I bought two spider effect mascaras and have not gotten credit for them under plenti household offer. I have contacted Rite Aid and Plenti and have gotten nowhere.

    • Martina

Hi Jen, did you get your points. I had it activated under jousehold offers and finally found a store where they have spider effect mscara nad purchase it today, but of course no points. 🙁

      • Jen

No I never got the points. I had purchased them a week ago and they never showed as redeemed,(usually household offers take a day or two to show up on your account). I contacted Rite Aid and they told me I had to contact Plenti since it was a household offer. I called and filed a claim for missing points. I told the lady it should have been 500 points since there was two different offers. One offer for 300 points and another for 200 points. They credited me 300, so I am fine with that. Its too much of a hassle to be bothered for the other 200.

OH ok, i usually don’t do plenti points but go through Saving Star since they seem to be the same offers :(…i don’t know why on earth i did go with plenti this time. Thank you for your respond, and i guess i will have to wait to see if i get them or no.

          • Jen

I usually like going through Savingstar more than Plenti just for the fact that you can scan the item to make sure it qualifies before you buy it. I have had a few plenti household offers where I didn’t get the points even though I bought exactly what was pictured.
