Friday I wanted to make a purchase that totaled $22 after the $10 off $30 and 15% off coupons. But, I just couldn’t justify paying the $8.95 shipping. I used the Kohl’s chat feature and let the associate know the nearest Kohl’s was 1.5 hours away from me and asked if they could possibly wave the shipping charges because I am a loyal customer and couldn’t justify spending so much on shipping when my total wasn’t that much to begin with. Well, the ended up waiving the shipping costs. Never hurts to ask 😀

Just a friendly note, Amazon has the same table (no umbrella) shipping with prime for $39.99. I found myself trying to order more to use coupon codes, get free shipping, and kohl’s cash—so I had to stop myself! 😉
