I found some cheaper sandals and have a mix of prices, totaling $42.96 and when I put in the coupon code it said my order is less than the minimum required for the coupon. It’s clearly over $30. Did anyone else have this happen or does anyone know why?

Me too but check your coupons I found a 5 off 25 for footwear
I did the chat option to ask and she said to place my order, give her the order number and she’d refund my card the $10, since it wasn’t working. She was super nice. I had to have two windows open, one with the chat conversation and another with my order. My order was over $35, without the coupon on it, so I was able to ship to my house. She said the refund would show up on my card in 3-5 days.

Not only did the code not work, they are charging me seperate shipping for each pair of shoes. My total was over $70!
