Sometimes their emails go directly to spam, or don’t come at all. You can go on your Hollar account and check your order information, and under tracking you can find your tracking number which then directs you to FedEx page with the information on it. If you still can’t find it there, you can contact them on Facebook (fastest way)

I don’t understand why sometimes items are listed more than once… and one has a cheaper price? Same original price, so I can only conclude its the same product, not a “mini.” I’ve seen this more than once. Different packaging? I just don’t get it.

I placed an order on July 1st and there is still no shipping information as of the 11th. I called and the representative informed me that 95% of their recent orders are back ordered or backlogged because of the influx and purchases due to promo codes. This is my 3rd order from them and 1st with an issue. Disappointing considering I bought stuff for a birthday party this weekend.
