My teen girls LIVE for 7-11 day. They say you can bring in any size cup of your own. You won’t believe the sizes my daughters can find (because they certainly are in my kitchen ) It’s enough sugar for a week! 😬

You might be thinking of a different 7-11 promo where you’re allowed to bring in any sized container (that will fit under the dispenser) & be charged the same price, no matter the size. This promo provides the container, usually 7.11 oz.
The post says its a free SMALL slurpee…
I guess different areas have different policies. Our 7-11 is located across from a CA State University, which the students regularly patronize (there is also an attached gas station) so I’m guessing that explains the generosity
At my 7-11 they have special cups on this day that are free. They use the marked cups to make it easier
