Just received an email this morning that my order for this wastebasket was cancelled. I used points for part of this purchase. The message said a refund will be “initiated” Does this mean my points will be refunded as well?
Hi Brenda, I received the same email this morning too. Just chatted w/ them, and they said they’ll refund my points as well. It may take up to 48 hours to reflect. You may want to try that.
