you can add but when you try to checkout it will ask you to remove the OOS items.

I am unable to use either code on two items that are not on sale. I don’t understand why? I’m not a big fan of Macy’s anyway, but thought I might get my husband some new t-shirts. Being unable to use the coupon pretty much seals their fate with me!
