In Eugene, Oregon only 4th of July was on clearance. Summer still full price, some was 30^% last night.
I went to one in Orange County CA ir was 70% off then stopped at another Target a mile away it was 90% off. Scored a drink dispenser, some cute string lights, and pitchers for $4 total!!

The store in Riviera Maya, Florida was mark at 70 percent off but after price checking it’s 90%. I got sippy cup @ 0.39, grill utensil @ 0.70, cool gear freezer stick@ 0.89, candle holder @ 0.10, tote bags @ 0.50, bubbles @ 0.49

I wonder what keeps Target from having universal pricing and sales. It’s frustating to see posts of deals in one city and not know when/if the local store will have the same deals. I would think that computer systems would allow all stores to get notice of mark downs at the same time.
Part of it is the weather. We can use summer things longer in WY than other areas of the country so they will hold off on marking it down as long as possible.
We have two target stores here in Salem Oregon. Yesterday I went to the north store and found tons of summer drink-wear, etc on sale for 90% off. On the way home I decided to swing by the south store to see what their clearance selection looked like, and theirs was only marked down to 70% off. On top of that, some of the 90% off items I had just purchased at the north store, weren’t even on clearance at all at the south store! So strange?!

Target in Philadelphia (Cottman Avenue) had some of the summer stuff at 90%- I got pinwheels for my garden for .10, a red, white and blue banner for .30 to hang on my porch, a small citronella candle for .30, star candy dish for .30, “HAPPY” and “USA” letters for .30 each, outdoor checkers game for .50, pool squishy balls for .10, and a hanging paper lantern for .50. I’m going to spray paint the “HAPPY” letters and hang them on my gallery wall up the staircase. The Smith and Hawken and Threshold products seemed to only be 50% off still.

My target hardly ever goes 90. Currently it’s all tore up as they are remodeling. Very frustrating.
At my target they don’t go to 90% off. An employee told me that the clearance will only hit 70% off. I was at target a few days ago and was lucky enough to snag quite a few items at 70% off.
I never trust them when they say that. I think most don’t know. I’ve had people tell me that over the last few years and it has yet to be true. We always go to 90% off.
None of my summer “seasonal” plasticware was marked discounted at all! It seems to be hit or miss. I did happen to find a Hershey’s Smores grilling kit that was just the grill stand to do them on the grill for 70 cents. I was very happy to get a few as my boys will get grill related items like the pizza box and this for Christmas! Yay!
Brandon, FL south was 90 and completely wiped out. I only found some of the treat bags for 10cents, 4th of July stickers and window clings. They had a couple of the felt roll up backgammon games for 50cents. I did find 2 bags of the s’more marshmallows for 19cents and I had 20 cent coupons!
My target had 3-pks of sunscreen for $4.19 and buy 2 get $5 giftcard. After 5% redcard I got 8 3-pks for $32 and got $20 in giftcards. Equals out to 50¢ per can!
I found beach toys for $.99, beverage tubs for $.79 and $.59, sunblock for $1.29 and a small Kingsford charcoal grill for $2.99!!
