Does anyone know what happens to the points you earn if you were to return an item in the order in which you earned the points? Many times when the points back amount is large I hesitate to buy it because I have a tendency to impulse buy items so I’m afraid of winding up having to pay the full price for an item if I do that.
If you return an item you earned points on they will take those points back out of your account (and yes, your account Can go negative)
Usually my account is not credited but I called customerservice and give back my points.

I have an account that I made a while ago but I never used it. I need two of these fans and they are available for in store pick up. My account say I can have 5.00 off. Do I need a special account to get the 10.00 credits? It says QB members. Are they just like Kmart cash you can use for a future purchase? Will I get two 10.00 credits?
