I have a charge on PayPal but have yet to get a order email order confirmation .
I can’t get it to process at all 🙁
It finally showed up on my paypal but not in my e-mail. I called the 1-800 number at the top of the screen and was able to place an order through them, they were very nice, but unfortunately they are now out of the 5×7 paper. Since it was my first time ordering from them my info was not in their system even though it appeared like it on my screen since it looked like it transferred over from paypal. It is an unfortunate glitch in the system. I now have to contact paypal to make sure that charge doesn’t go through.

Lisa,M , did you get PayPal to remove the charge ? My PayPal yesterday showed a charge , this morning showing a charge pending for the paper . Called about order ,they say are out of 5 by 7 paper so can not take order Not sure why deal is still showing good on line for five by seven .They said was not available .So now I am wondering if my pending PayPal will just drop off in a week or so ? what a hassle 🙂

Mine freezes on the payment page. I hit “place order” the button grays out, then, nothing. 🙁
That is what happened to me also —froze while submitting order , -order still in my cart –yet PayPal has been charged for the transaction –not happy !

Only the 4×6 is still available, however for some reason the site would not let me make the order, it would keep saying error. So I called the 1800 number on the top of the page and spoke to a very nice woman who made the order for me. Awesome deal.
