This is wonderful. Cops deserve it!! Every time we see a cop in a store, at the park, etc. my kids and I shake their hand and thank them. They don’t nearly get enough love as they should. Go Shoneys!!

My father’s been a Police Chief for 37 years. This year he was able to retire, I have never been so happy. Thank you to all the men and women in law enforcement, your job is not easy.

Our church youth group is doing a thank you project for officers. Decorated bag with candies and a picture drawn/colored by the kids.
Lifesaver – ‘For the lives you save’
Laffy Taffy – ‘Everyone needs a good laugh once in a while’
Bubble Gum – ‘So we can all stick together’
Payday – ‘You don’t do it for the paycheck’
…. Etc. I saw it on Pinterest. Don’t know who the original creator is but think it’s a great idea to get the kids involved 🙂

As the wife of a city of Chicago fireman, these first responders need to know that their hard work does not go unnoticed. There aren’t many people who would risk their life for a stranger ( police or fireman) and for that, they need to be thanked.
The world is a rough place and we too make a sacrifice everytime our loved ones go to work.
I hope and pray that this violence stops and people everywhere can be safe again.

As a firefighter for the past 26 years this is great! I’ve broken my neck twice, but that won’t stop me from saving lives! It’s great when they do little recognitions!!🤗🙃🙃🙃
This is AMAZING! Go SHONEYS! It’s so encouraging to see businesses stepping up and supporting police like this! They put their lives out there every single day for people they don’t even know , and deserve recognition for it!

So good to see this. When I was in high school I worked in a restaurant that always gave cops free food. Now more than ever they need to be shown appreciation. Yay Shoney’s!
They deserve a free meal no matter what others think of them. They do protect us. It upsets me dearly the way some of them are treated just for a meal.
