It’s not showing me buy 1 get 1 free & points in summary. What I am doing wrong?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Are you logged in to your account? If so, be sure you have selected a qualifying T shirt. Hope this helps!

      • Jiya

I was logged in. Kids had drained my energy.πŸ˜€ Almost tried everything……now most of things are not available. I will try it tomorrow.

  2. Clarinda

It’s buy2 get 1 free. Too bad most of the shirt is not available for pick up in our area.

    • jiya

sorry I mean buy 2 get 1 free ……it’s not coming up as free in cart?

I got a response from Syw cs regarding points back earning when paid with points. So I am not sure if we will have any rolling point offers any more. As they have clearly mentioned redemption of points for some part or all of the purchase price. The terms were updated late June 2016. And this was in regards to an order that was supposed to give back $ on the purchase of the item itself like mentioned in this post by Collin, and not on a dollar value like get $5 back on $5 home purchase – would not have worked when using points as it will consider the dollar amount spent after discounts and points redeemed.

Per our Terms and Conditions: The following are excluded from Qualifying Purchases (collectively “Non-Qualifying Purchases”): (viii) any redemption of Points for some part or all of the purchase price (xiv) the portion of any purchase price which is eliminated due to a coupon or other discount. You can review the full Terms and Conditions of the program at http://www.shopyourway.com/sywr-terms-of-service.

Only certain tees qualify for the B2G1 free. The shirts that are regularly priced $5.99 qualify. Any shirts that are on sale for $5.99 do not qualify for the B2G1 free. At least that is what I found.

  5. AJ

    I wish they had plain t-shirts πŸ™

  6. chrissy

Mine did not show free either but…I had $7 off of a $10 clothing purchase that they applied. Plus I had $12 in points. I used the code SAVEBIG and that saved another 15%. Somehow I ended up with 3 free shirts and I,m getting back $22 in points. Free store pick up. I’m really not sure how it all worked but I’ll take it. Thanks!!!!

  7. SD

Good deal…paid 2 cents out of pocket ..

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Great score!

  8. SD

Not all the T’s..only the ones with american flag or USA or America mentioned on them qualify for this deal!

  9. su

do the points show up in review order?

does it work on the hunting tees?

  10. Lisa

I got a *total* of 9 shirts, and all but one was sold by Kmart. ( I accidently bought one sold by Sears) My total was $ 44.62, and I am getting $45.42 back in points!!!! From what I can see, it looks like points have to be redeemed within 14 days.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh cool! Thanks for sharing Lisa!

  11. Aim

Got 6 shirts for $29.94 and getting $45 back in points☺️
    Thanks

    • Kimberly (Stylish Sidekick)

You’re welcome Aim! What a great deal! Thanks for sharing!

A little off topic here, I bought the canning jars yesterday that you got $5 back in points. I did 4 separate transactions, so was expecting $20 in points. Is there a limit of one per account, if so I missed that. It isn’t a big deal I will just return the other 3 when I pick them up. Just curious…

    • Nilo

$5 offer was one time offer.

  13. autumnmeleah

I hope I don’t mess this up for everyone, but I ordered 15 shirts for pickup. My total was $58, getting back $111.49. All donations to the nursing home my granddad is at. They all wear USA type shirts, and I can benefit by buying diapers up. Thanks for posting the deal. Fingers crossed it goes through!

    • DS

What deals did you use to get back $111.49? I’m only showing $90.49 back.

      • autumnmeleah

Hey it was 5 different styles all priced at $5.99. (Support our troops in two different sizes, a red America shirt, a green shirt with troops holding the flag, blue shirt that said America the brave)I did not redeem any sywpts. At 14 shirts my total was 56.40. When I added the 15th shirt my total remained 54.60 for a free one I suppose. I used a coupon for $5/45 or maybe it was $5/50. It came to $58 and $111.49 back. It said I earned a extra $7 for some reason maybe because of the quantity. Also, on two I had to do max shipping and it gave me $1 back for choosing later shipping. A bit confusing typing out.

Moneymaker for me! Got 3 American flag shirts which cost $11.98. Rolled $11.98 Syw points…paid $0 and getting back $15 in Syw points!

    • Echo

Did the points credit after you redeemed…mine never seem to. I have $50 in points so if I could roll into big money maker knowing FOR SURE I would get the points… #nervousSYWpersonalshopper

      • ginger

Points are rolling as long as you pay at least a penny. I bought 13 shirts for $52.41. Paid $52.40 with points and $.01 on gc. Got $60 in points back. If I didn’t use any points, I would have gotten $70.71 in points. On the last page during check out make sure you double check how much points back you’re getting before placing the order. hth

  15. nanette

Just an FYI if you use points to purchase these shirts you won’t get points back. I ordered a pair of shorts for my son that were $12.99 and said I’d get $10 back in points. I had $3 in points in my account. Used them to bring the price to $9.99. On the last screen after check out it said I received $10 in points. I waited a week for them to show up and never did. Contacted SYW and was told because I used points to pay I don’t get the $10 in points.
So don’t use points to pay if you want points back. They are getting very sneaky.

  16. priscilla

Will I get the points if I pay with a gift card? I don’t want to chance it if they treat that like points.

    • shopngeek

Yes, you will. Gift card is considered “out of pocket” and will be treated similar to credit card.

  17. cris

    hi,i purchased 14 shirts,my total is 59 dollars,i used 12 dollars in points,i paid 47 dollars,before i placed my order,it says that i earned 80 dollars in points,then i received an email,stating that i earned 80 dollars,but when i checked my order history,in the bottom,it says i earned 0 points….what do you think..am i getting my points or not?

    • shopngeek

Just wait 1 or 2 days (maybe after it’s “ready for pickup” or “shipped”). The point displayed on order history page will always be 0 points right after placing your order. Just wait and see, mostly it will be fine.

      • cris

thank you,im just a little bit nervous, the reason why i bought all of this shirts is because im gonna buy my son a bike, and im gonna pay it with the points that im gonna earn…..πŸ˜„πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

    • jenny

I think they credit the points once you have picked up the order from store if you opted for store pickup. In case you have opted for Shipping then the points are added once the order is shipped.

    • Jennifer

If you have an in store pick up you need to wait till after you picked up the shirts. I think if they are being sent then its after they send them that you will receive the points. I did the towel deal last time and it worked well!

  18. jenny

Also the confirmation email once you placed the order has the point details.

  19. Swaru

My account just updated with the points even though I used points to purchase them.

  20. Danielle

Mine still has not updated but I did it today, so I will wait for tomorrow. It also looks like the deal is over now. I just tried to do it again.
