Amy, I was wondering too, but I know that a size 4 (smallest size in these packs) will definitely be too big on my 21 month old grand baby who is getting ready to train soon. I’m not sure if there’s a 2T or 3T option but I would look to see if there is a size chart maybe by checking the item details, if not on Walmart, maybe on like Amazon. HTH!
I think you will need to search out 2t/3t size. Might not work for this sale offer. I remember potty training my middle daughter and hard to find something small enough!

I had a chance to check out Walmart’s new grocery pickup program and it was a game changer!! You order your groceries online, and then pick them up at the store for no fee! They even bring it out to your car. You park in a little spot, call a number and they wheel your groceries out to you. I was impressed that the girl showed me all my eggs to make sure they weren’t broken, and the bags with chips and bread and eggs had “Fragile” tags! So happy.
