I had a terrible experience using the Philosophy web-site for an order. I used one of the great deals and got two mega-size Amazing Grace body lotions. When I received them, they had no fragrance! I contacted customer service. I received two e-mails from two different reps, both saying that if I wanted to return so they could QC, they would send a pre-paid postage label. I responded to both e-mails, but never heard anything back. I returned product on my own dime, and have yet to see my refund. What shame! I am now totally turned off by this brand and should have read the bad reviews before ordering.
