This may sound stupid, but how do you use powdered peanut butter? And how is it made? Just sounds a bit weird.
You can use it many ways, smoothies, I put it in Greek yogurt, mix with jelly and many other uses. They basically press out all the oil from the peanuts and what’s left is the powder. It takes out a lot of the fat. PB2 was the first company to make it.
