Lol I just looked at this bike last week. I have a one speed bike but it can be tiresome to ride. Someone told me a ten speed is easier to ride. Does the speed on a bike make it easier to ride? This may be a stupid question but I have no idea. Looking for something to take on camping trips 😀
Yes. On a one speed your legs are moving like a hamster on a wheel. With a higher speed, it is a little harder to pedal but you move twice as far with each pedal rotation.
Hi Stacykay, yes having diff speeds or gears makes it easier to ride. The gears let you change resistance which makes it easier to ride up a hill, for example.

Be careful. I own this bike and it is rather heavy. I would not recommend for a camping trip. Unless you camp at a flat spot where you park right next to your tent.
