Ditto. Great vacuum. Replaced a Hoover that was spewing dust all lover. This one keeps all the dust inside. Have to dump the dirt TWICE each time I vacuum, it picks up so much. And only half my house is carpet–though I guess it doesn’t help that I don’t vacuum that often.
I love mine too! I replaced my Dyson with this vacuum, it picks up so much more!
I broke my shark vacuum earlier this week and called to get a replacement part. Long story short, they replaced my entire vacuum for $21.50. No kidding!

Love, love, love this vacuum! I seem to be hard on my vacuums and this has held up great. Customer service is awesome when you have a warranty as well. Highly recommend!

FYI – I was looking at this one and also just saw the Shark Navigator Lift-Away Professional (NV356E) is on sale for a bit less at $143.99. It is 42% off right now and has 7052 ratings of 4.5 stars! I am going to give that one a try because it lifts off – -so I am hoping it will be better for cleaning my stairs.
This one lifts off as well. That’s what the first picture is. The canister part lifts off the base. It’s great!!
I have this vacuum and love it!! The only problem I had was the hose cracked within 9 months but I called Shark and they sent a replacement with no hesitation! If you regularly clean the filters you will never lose suction, it’s really true! 🙂
