How to Make Frozen Lemonade Pie Hip2Save.com

Directions: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into a 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Let cool completely.

Whip heavy cream into stiff peaks and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine condensed milk and frozen juice concentrate. Fold in the mixture with the whipped cream and pour on top of the cooled pie crust. Smooth out the top and place in freezer overnight or until frozen.

Set out pie a few minutes before serving and garnish with additional whipped cream and sliced lemon if desired. Serves 8

Easy Lemonade Pie

Notes: You’ll need a 9 inch pie pan or larger because this recipe makes a lot of filling. A short cut option would be to purchase two graham cracker crusts at the store and then stretch the filling between the 2 pies.

You could also try different flavors of frozen juice concentrate for other variations like limeade and raspberry lemonade! The heavy cream can be substituted for a tub of whipped topping like Cool Whip.

This pie is SO good! I love the ice cream style texture with the lemony taste and sweet graham cracker crust. Enjoy!
