I just have to say…this company is a class act. I had a candle I bought on a great sale the last time you offered something from Yankee Candle. When I opened it (if my kids had opened I would have said it was their fault) it shattered in my hand from no fault of my own. I wrote a very sincere letter asking if they had any problem like this before? I thought maybe it was a problem with the glass being too thin or something? They immediate wrote me back..in fact 2 different people wrote me back. They offered me whatever I wanted. I told them that was not necessary because I did not pay much for it, but I would gladly send them pictures of the item. She stated that she still would like to send me something and did I have a preference? I said, it can be whatever she would like. They sent me a VERY nice basket with several items. I was shocked, and immediately wrote her another thank you!
