Good luck getting your cashback from them. It’s about a 50/50 chance in my experience. Some things never track, my Walmart freebies from the other day (detergent/softener/toilet paper) are only showing around 10 cents each instead of full purchase price back. Even then, that’s after waiting 14 weeks for 30-some cents instead of the 8 dollars I was supposed to get?!? Still waiting for a customer service response after emailing 3 days ago! 🙁
I agree. Don’t bother referring anyone in your household either. They will reject it. Customer service is terible. You have to open tickets to ask questions. It’s a 3 – 5 days to get a response and then if you reply back be prepared to wait another 3 – 5 days for their response. I’m going to close my account after I get my cash back straightened out. Not worth the frustration!

Mine still shows nothing. I guess I’ll wait the 7 days and if nothing shows, I’ll just take the grill back.

I’ve never had a problem with getting my rebate funds back from this company. I just take pics of offers showing the deal, then pics of the order placed. Then you have proof that you have earned the $ and can prove that. Good luck all!

I have used TopCashBack twice. The first time took forever to be credited with the rebate (two to three months). My second purchase was credited really fast (within two weeks). I had no problem receiving either rebate other than the slowness of the first.

No another note, did u guys receive the credit for tide which was on 20th july?
I missed out on that deal but I already received both credits for the toilet paper and the Downy deals if that helps.
I think the tide one was for new members only. Havent received any credit. Just showing as pending.. 🙁
Mine is only showing pending credit of .12. I hope it gives me the full amount when it actually credits.

Reading all of this made me a little nervous, so I went and checked my topcashback account and the money was waiting there, apparently I didn’t put in my email for my paypal account. It needed to be put in in two different spots. So if you are new, (those last two toilet tissue and tide were my first experience) take a look at your account. After I updated my account, I have to wait 72 hours to request money…just a thought for people like me that haven’t kept close tabs on it…Life gets busy!!

Can someone answer this for me? I think I followed all instructions correctly, but I never had the chance to say how I want the money back. I was going to choose the American Express option. Did I do something wrong?
Its shuld nt be a problem i guess. Once the amt becomes payable, you could choose watever mode of payment you want to.
Was it only new members? It’s strange people say they have issues with topcashback. I have always gotten money back and gotten free items. Way faster than Beatles I don’t even use it anymore.
I have always gotten my money back. As with any other rebates they are banking on the ones who forget to do it. I wait the allotted time and and send to amazon or my bank account. I love this site.

I’m not sure I understand, Jenn, what else is there to do with this rebate after you order the item through the topcashback site? It’s not really like a regular rebate where you have to fill in a form and send in a UPC after the fact. Or am I missing something?
How long does it take before I would see the transaction? I did this yesterday and there is nothing ‘pending’..nothing that shows I made the transaction at all..

Help. I signed up for a new account & did the 2 purchases posted back on July 14th, the Downy & Charmin ones. I followed the instructions exactly & after that, went through them to make a purchase at Petco.com. I just checked my Topcash account & it shows the Petco % pending, but nothing ANYWHERE about my Walmart purchases. And as far as automatically depositing into my Paypal account (as mentioned earlier in this thread), I’ve looked everywhere & see no place to enter that information. Could it be because I’m using their mobile site & should switch to desktop? Also, how do I go about inquiring about my 2 missing Walmart transactions? Not even having them listed makes me very wary of using TCB. Thanks in advance for any help.
