What do they mean by “Regal card number?” I have a gift card – but none of those numbers are working.

    • Mommyof1

They have a rewards program Crown Club that you can sign up for. That’s where you can redeem the promo for both movies.

  2. Mommyof1

    Thank you!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

  3. Megan

Shoot. OK. I signed up with the app, which let me in finally, but now the coupon TREKKIE isn’t working and Bourne is sold out. I probably broke it. :/

    • Megan

Ah! So now I somehow have -9400 points and no movies?! Eek.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the heads up! I do see Bourne as sold out, however code TREKKIE is still working for me. Are you able to try again in a different browser? Hope this helps!

      • Megan

I *think* it worked! Sorry to be such a pain. The movie is now in the Universal listing on my movies, but for some reason it won’t stream – it says the movie is currently unavailable. Very odd. One thing at a time. Thanks!

  4. Laura

How do I get a card number?

    • Megan

Download the app and it will generate one for you.

  5. Dany

I just got it, no issues. Log in to regal first and add to cart. Check out with promo code and they email you a link.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awesome to hear that! Happy you could score the movie!

    • Angie

I just got this thank you! Paramount also emailed me a $3 code to use for any digital download from their site too 😉

      • ocbutterfly99

        awesome!

I have been trying over and over, in different browsers, to get this to work. Am I missing something? They sent me a redemption code. I’ve gone to the Paramount site they provide and tried a variety of ways of getting the Star Trek movie (entering the code in the original box, adding the movie to my cart, etc) and nothing is working. Is anyone else having trouble?

    • Cynthia

I received the code/link as well and went to redeem and received an error: There are no available products for the redemption code you entered. I’m going to try to email Regal Crown Club directly.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hmm, have you logged in to your regal account, clicked on the Star Trek link above, added to your cart and applied code TREKKIE ? I am still finding that to work for me.

      • lastquartertsuki

Trekkie is working just fine. I put that into the Regal site, and then they emailed me a specific code to use at the Paramount site for redemption. That’s where it all goes wonky. I’ve tried adding the movie to my cart, tried just putting in the code, etc. Nothing. I just keep getting: There are no available products for the redemption code you entered.

        • lenin1991

          Same for me 🙁

    • lastquartertsuki

I wrote to customer service and they gave me a new code. The new code worked just fine, so it looks like I just had a bad code! I simply replied back to the email I received the original code from. 😀

  7. Holly

I just got my email with the free code, but I didn’t realize I already have a digital copy on ultraviolet. If anyone doesn’t want to sign up for a regal account just for the free movie, I will trade for a different vudu code.

  8. Marni

    Awesome! Thank you!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

  9. Kimberly Bagdon

I put the code in and the purchase went through but not for free it took all of my points and now says I have -360 points. I don’t even know how that is possible.

    • Dany

I had 1900 points and after the redemption it said -whatever but I logged back in on the iPhone app and 1900 are still there. I think it is just the site’s way of reflecting the points.

  10. Beverly

I would like to suggest that after putting the code in you must hit APPLY. Then, make sure the total cost is 0 points before hitting the buttons to confirm your “payment”.

  11. Sarah

What can the movie be played through, I mean what apps?

    • Jenn

It will tell you what apps but it looks like the Paramount app is one of them. I have Ultraviolet so I am actually planning to link my laptop to the tv and stream movies that way for my family to watch when we are at home. You can also download the movie to your devices, according to the FAQ section. It also says they are trying to add more devices all the time so maybe check back in a few months if your device isn’t listed.

    • Dany

I am using Vudu but you can also use Cinemanow.

  12. Jenn

Not sure if anyone else got this but, after redeeming my code and getting the movie, Paramount emailed me a $3 off code for Paramount.com to use on my next digital download purchase. So keep your eyes on your email, just in case. 🙂
I had to make a Paramount acct, though so maybe that’s why?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh cool! Great score! Thanks for the heads up to keep a look out for it! 🙂

  13. Scott

Be careful on this one. Paramount requires that you use their player. On my Windows 10 machine, I’m getting a “6030” error owing to its use of Microsoft Silverlight. The error means that there’s a digital rights problem. Microsoft has a “fix it” for this (which basically just uninstalled and reinstalled the Silverlight application for me), but it didn’t work. Also, if you are using Windows, there are very specific requirements for “HD” support, which most computer systems under $700 won’t have. You *should* still be able to watch the movie in “standard definition” (don’t know; I can’t yet) according to the Paramount FAQ for their player. Bummed, as I am a tech guy and this is still not working for me. If I get it working, I’ll provide an update just in case you’re stuck in my “sitch”.

    • Rachel

If you link your paramount account to your ultraviolet account you should be able to watch on any platform you want! It’s in mt Vudu library because I have everything linked up through ultraviolet.

      • Scott

Yep, I just threw in the towel on the Paramount desktop app and signed up for Flixster instead. The movie downloaded 2GB instead of 8GB (!!) and played like a charm.

    • Angie

It redeems through paramount & it puts it in your ultraviolet library so if you have your ultraviolet library linked to a viewing service like vudu you can view it that way 😉

  14. R

Bourne is now out of stock.

  15. ocbutterfly99

Noooo I missed both of them, yesterday and todays. Total bummer. I was using my cell phone and it was not sending my password but I got on my pc after dental cleaning and poof, thats a wrap it says. lol TY for posting. I will get one eventually. Whats weird is it says I have no points on my card and I use it all the time. Maybe its not linked. Hmmm?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh bummer! I am seeing that as well 🙁
