We did this back when it first started. My kids checked every bottle in the display at Kroger and found 2 which is exactly what we needed. They were really excited to go in and get their pizzas. The only problem was that the manager didn’t know anything about it and said there would be a button on the register for it if it were really a thing. She changed her tune once I showed her the info about it on the Pizza Hut website though.

We’ve found 2 so far this summer, but have stopped looking after weeks of not finding anymore. I wish they’d have hidden the picture under the label or cap though, because a lady that works at the gas station said the pepsi delivery man told her he keeps all the pizza emoji bottles he finds on his truck, then buys them from her. 🙁

That’s what I figured—–anyone involved with stocking the shelves will put them aside for themselves. It happens with these kinds of things all the time, hence why I never even bothered to look.
Thanks for the info! Because of this site, I started to notice those bottles. Found one that same day in a small cafe. Took me a couple of weeks to find another. Found second one at CVS. I just look when I am in the drink section of any store.

Since it started, my family has found 4 at Dollar General. Can’t wait to have a free dinner one night! My kids had fun searching for them!
We have found 17 since the promo started. Most of those found in the first week it was announced. We searched over 60 stores in several cities. It was a fun activity to pass the time during summer break.

Still looking for the Pepsi bottle with the symbol but the hard part is then finding Pizza Hut. Very hard to find in Eastern Massachusetts. Forget Cape Cod. No Pizza Hut within 50 miles.
My kids searched the Displays at Target every time we shopped there and came up empty handed. Went on my own to Target a couple weeks ago and I found 4!

I found one at a local 7-11 then a second one at Cvs. But someone at Walgreens said the delivery guy keeps the pizza ones. another reason to stick with Cvs instead of Walgreens! I’m glad I found two I like the thrill of the hunt.
