Here in Long Island, NY, the only paper the Almay coupon was in is the NY Post. Not in the NY Daily News or the Newsday.
Tried to price match the ALMAY at target and they said I’m only allowed to price math one item. I wanted to buy 4😕
Go back several times or see if she’ll do separate transactions.
Mine said the same thing! Then she tried to say I couldn’t use a coupon at all. After I showed her the policy, she said I couldn’t use the coupon because it was a higher value than the product. I ended up getting them for $1 each (no price match but with coupon). Better than nothing!
I’ve price matched four of one item here in NY and used four coupons. Not for the Almay, but for Pet Armor flea and tick prevention.

At my Walmart it’s with all the facial cleansers. It’s in the same area as make up. Mixed in with Neutrogena, Noxzema etc. good luck!
