Dollar General shoppers! Today and tomorrow only, hop on over here to load a new digital coupon valid for $2 off a purchase of $10 or more. How does the digital coupon work with manufacturer coupons? Do I have to spend $10 before manufact. coupons?
I can never figure how their coupons work either. I always end up spending more to be sure the coupons work.
