I don’t know how people can get points when the points are being used. I adjust the amount I use so I still pay an amount and then those points I would have earned disappear. Any tips on how to make it work?
you have to pay at least 1 penny out of pocket for this deal. if youre planning on buying the $2.99 socks x 3 your total is $8.97 or 8,970 pts. Do not apply all points, only 8,960, it should show that you will get back 10,000pts hope this helps

Hi Angie, I wish I could tell you there’s a tried and true way of doing this. In my experience, it’s completely trial and error. Tonight, I bought three pairs of socks and applied 750 of my SYW points (.75) that were expiring tonight. Instead of the $10.90 in points back (had I not applied any of my own points), I received $10.82 back in points. So, I applied .75 of my own points to the purchase and lost only .08 cents in points back, if that makes sense to you. But the next deal I do might be completely different in how the points shake out. It’s very confusing. I think SYW members who do deals like this all have a high frustration tolerance. 😉 One definitive thing I can say though, as you probably already know, you do NOT get ANY points back when you pay entirely with points. HTH. .

I just paid for the socks and got back the points. Which I know I can use for other stuff.
There’s so many times where I’ve had to take screen shots of the points and prove that I’ve been short on the amount given. Then there’s times where I was given more than the amount earned states.
better yet, the $1.99 pantyhose are working as well! total 5.97 , pay 5,960 in points get back 10,000…… 4,040pt money maker!

The deal is still active today. My mom did 5 transactions of 3 socks or undies each- and paid at least $0.01 out of pocket for each transaction, and she also received the $10 in points on each transaction. 🙂
I was able to use on panties this morning. Looking at note about offer, it only mentions underwear today.

Yes, you have to do separate transactions of 3 items each, up to 5 total transactions, to receive your $10 in points back each time. 🙂
Thanks, Sarah! Also, i found out the hard way that you can’t opt to pay in store and use your points. You have to pay that penny online in order to roll the points. Hope this helps someone else.
