I havent been to Subway in years because they lowered the quality of bread. I am allergic to soy, and their bread was full of it! Anyone know if they changed it or offer a soy-free option now?
You can always ditch the bread and have them make up your sub as a salad.

It depends on where you live too. The owners of our subway in ARkansas will not let us use this!
