Our shelves have been empty days after day of Justin’s. I keep checking the inventory brick seek and must have made 6 trips.

Target is also saying they don’t do raincheck anymore. Anyone know if this is a new policy?

    • Ashley

I’m not sure of the rain heck policy at Target as I haven’t received one before. But I don’t think their policy is no rain checks. I saw posts of people getting rain checks for the b toys cube that was incorrectly priced. That was just this week. It may have been the person you spoke to or a policy specific to your store.

Stock could have been pushed back for delivery, if they haven’t sold much in so many days. The in store inventory system is different from the website – instead of driving just call and have them check their system stock.

As for rainchecks, from their corporate site:
No rainchecks will be issued for items out of stock at Target or Target.com. We do not price match competitors if they are out of stock.

        • pandoraaddict

Scratch that, that was under the wrong catagory. Just google Target raincheck policy

        • burgys

My store will do rain checks on anything except grocery and electronics.

Are these on the candy isle? I looked last week at my Target but couldn’t find them and it shows in stock.

I Almost feel as if this is a price error, first day they went on sale all targets by me had them in stock even in the next state over, within 2 days and ever since ALL stores have been out of stock and I keep checking everyday on brick seek in hopes , I went yesterday and the sale sign is even down , almost as if every store pulled them for some reason. Idk odd. Can’t imagine every person caught onto this sale even though it’s an awesome price.

I was able to get a raincheck at CS. They luckily had one bag on the shelf the day I went, and she scanned it and then gave me a raincheck for 9 bags. I would try again with CS, it really matters who you talk to.

Oh cool! Thanks for the helpful feedback Kathryn!

How are these compared to reese’s peanut butter cups?

    • kathryn

There is no comparison, the dark chocolate cups are 100x better than Reese’s.

    • Alison

I personally did not like the product at all. I’m not the biggest fan of Reese’s either because of the chocolate. I would recommend Aldi’s mini PB cups. Both the chocolate and PB filling are great IMO.

      • Erin

Thanks! Another Aldi product to try.

    • lynn

Well I don’t like the dark chocolate ones because the peanut butter is gritty in the ones I’ve bought before the milk chocolate are alright though.

The IBotta rebate keeps popping back in my account in two days. I did 4-5 already.

This was the first time I tried a Justins product. I purchased these last week on sale and the peanut butter was very dry. I contacted the company and it sounds like that has been an issue. They were very nice about it and are sending me a coupon. I wasn’t sure if they were always that dry or not.

    • kathryn

When the product sits on the shelf for awhile and doesn’t move, they seem to get dry. I had that problem happen before when I purchased the larger 2 packs of cups from Target.

  8. Nikki

I think it is laughable that this bag is normally $5.49. There were 9 tiny cups in the bag, and I mean tiny cups.

  9. Carrie

My store said they were discontinues

  10. Jill

I was able to get a raincheck for 7.

  11. arnold

There were 7 in stock at 19th Ave & Camelback in Phoenix. The shelf tag showed only the normal price but I checked on the price scanner and they were actually a dollar fifty. They are certainly not worth full price in my humble opinion but for a dollar fifty they’re a good deal

Holy smokes. See – this is why I always come to read the comments. Thanks Hipsters for saving me a trip to Target for these bad boys! 🙂
