Contact Zappos if you didn’t received the credit. I didn’t receive the email about the $20 back to school credit on my account but i just chatted with a rep online and he applied the credit on my account. Best Customer SERVICE!!!!! this sure comes handy right about now

I just looked through my email and found a code from July 26th with a code. I was still able to use it and scored some Nike shoes for my 4 y/o for $20!

Another great buy I got last time there was a credit offer was a basketball. If memory serves, after the credit it was only $2 or so. Zappos sells a wide variety of things. If you’re not in the market for water bottles (as they’re often given away for free at events) theres still plenty of good buys.

I found out from zappos that coupons cant be given unless they are part of the specific promo. I guess just be patient and you might get one.
