I do not know why other types exist. I have 5 kids I used this style for all of them. It is perfect. I have no clue why people pay 300-400 for strollers and car seats. Your child will out grow this stuff so fast. It is a complete waste of money to over buy. I over bought on some stuff for my first and learned that people buy stuff they do not need just because it is on a list that says they do. Every child is different, but only buy what you absolutely NEED. It can get expensive, save the money for a family vacation, or the child’s college. Just my 2 cents.

Do you just wear plain white tshirts and pants? I mean they work, right? Any other clothes would just be a waste of money 🙄

Make sure to note its a rear adjust seat. There is no strap in front that you pull to tighten the harness snuggly. Behind the seat from the back there are two straps and you individually tighten the right side and the left side each time.

Yeah, we bought this about a month ago and realized that after baby came. This is kind of a deal breaker for me, Thanks for mentioning it for others. I really like having the option to loosen or tighten straps from the front. 🙂

I loved all graco products in the past, but I don’t really recommend this. I received it as a gift it is cute but the seat straps come loose very easily from taking my daughter in and out of the seat and the way they can only be adjusted from the back is difficult especially since the child needs to be in the seat at the same time. The carry handle is not very comfortable either. I also bought a classic connect car seat which I didn’t realize didn’t match until too late but I love it. It offers the ability to tighten the straps from the front which is much more convenient and a more comfortable handle. Side by side the click connect looks like they used a cheaper method to made a barebones product.
