Just an FYI: I have a Biddeford heated blanket. It broke 5 weeks after I bought it and I had to pay to ship it to Biddeford for a replacement. I wouldn’t have minded but shipping was over $20 and it took them several weeks to send me a new one which wasn’t at all like my original, even though I was promised it would be an exact replacement. I have now had to get 3 more replacements but thankfully they’re paying shipping at this point.
Hopefully this product works better.
