What happened? I didn’t think it was up to the store? My points have always been earned and used online. I can immediately tell they are working.
I think stores can decide which promos they honor bcusb I’ve gotten an error message saying so online but I thought if they accepted the promo… they accepted the promo. I’d reach out to cust service online.
Two times in a row, I never got the points. I emailed customer service and they added them later. So yes, pay attention! 🙂
I’ve never had a problem with reward points as long as the coupon code worked. Some coupon codes don’t work for me though because they may be expired, not compatible with the rest of my order or for another market. I have also noticed that some specials are only carry out or only delivery.

Our Papa John’s has two large two topping pizzas for $7.77 each, so the $15 was easily reached without adding something we didn’t want. So, I will get three large pizzas for less than $20. That is a great deal!

For me and my 2 kiddos i got an xl pizza for 12 bucks with tax and delivery fee we got to 15.45 and got the points woohoo!!

My kids love the chocolate chip pizza and we need 2 pizzas to feed all of us, so I wondered if I could add a free pizza I had recently earned in my account and still use KICKOFF to get a new free pizza. It worked! So for $17.98 before tax, I ordered a Large 2 topping (on special for $7.99), the free 3 topping pizza I had already earned, a chocolate chip cookie pizza for $6 and 10″ cheese sticks (on special for $3.99)! I plan on rolling the free pizza I earned from KICKOFF and doing this deal a few more times before the 11th.
