That sounds great to me. Thank you.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome! Enjoy! πŸ˜‰

  2. mommyx4

If only i had one near me it would make a great meal for when i dont wanna cook

  3. Brandon

The buy one get one is for dine in only so this would not work

    • jax

It does allow you to order it to go just not the pot pie

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi Brandon! It works for Carry Out orders as well!

    • Christy

In order to get the B1G1 for a to-go order choose the “specials” tab on the drop-down menu and it will prompt you to choose the free item after you select your “buy one” entree. Also, they provide 2 breadsticks as the standard amount and either a soup or salad with the “bought” item but I’ve found that they usually offer more than two when you get to the hostess stand. YMMV on that.
PS the salad was huge and definitely could feed two.

  4. Jen

So Colin even though it says order one get one to go you can order both to go? If not how can u use the two go q?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, You can order both to go!

      • Brandon

It is not asking me if I want a free to go and my menu is saying dine in online while clicking the link. Good for some people I guess.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Are you able to create your order through the link above and order for pick up? I am still finding that option available.

  5. SIley

it did not allow me to order the buy one get one online. It says Dine in only. πŸ™

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hmm, are you clicking through the link above to build your order? I am still finding that I can order the deal to go.

  6. Fun

I have ordered the buy one take one a few times recently with no problems.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

SO glad to hear that! Thanks for the feedback!

  7. rn30032

I’m in metro Atlanta and was able to do this order online just a different dessert…thanks so much
The Buy one take one worked for me

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Perfect! You’re so welcome!

  8. Ruth Wolfe

it says “dine in” on the online menu, but I had no problem ordering the BOGO special to go…

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Glad to hear it! Thanks for sharing!

  9. Ruth Wolfe

I didn’t want dessert, so I added a few meatballs to my entrees to hit the $30 for the coupon. It worked fine!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh YUM! Happy you could snag the savings!

  10. Holly

For those of you who were able to use the BOGO, how were you able to get the second free? Is there a code?

    • April

Just automatically asks you to choose the second one after you add the first one to your cart

  11. April

I was thinking of ordering this to have food for work lunch and dinner till the weekend, do these keep well for a few days in the fridge?

    • Natasha

Yes, most keep well except for the Alfredo sauce. If you add a little cream to Alfredo when reheating it keeps the sauce from coagulating and getting greasy.

      • April

        Ty for the response

    • Melanie S.

Yes. We had Buy One Take One last week. The Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Cheese Ravioli, and Fettuccine Take One meals were great 2 days later! They were packaged with a sticker on the top that had microwave warm up directions and said to use the meals within 2 days.

    • Cassandane

Yes, the Alfredo reheats very nicely in the oven and was delicious w a little leftover chicken & peas.

  12. Nicole

The coupon code expires in October but does anyone know when the buy one entree get one entree free deal ends?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

It does not list an end date for the BOGO offer, just that it is available for a limited time.

  13. Kimberly

When do you add you get one free item. Your price pic does not show you picked a free one. Is it not mobile friendly?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hi there Kimberly! When choosing the first entree it will prompt you to choose your options for the second entree. If having issues ordering on a mobile device, be sure to hop on a desktop if possible.

  14. Penny

Thanks Collin for posting this deal last week! I ordered 1 of the bogo meals and 6 addition breadsticks for around $13! It worked out perfect on back to school night so I did not have to cook! It fed my husband, my 10 yr old, and myself and we still had some left over! I’m seriously thinking about doing this new deal as well. Mmmmm pumpkin cheesecake. I just may order $30 worth of that! LOL

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Lol! You’re very welcome Penny! Glad you could take advantage of the yummy deal! πŸ˜‰

  15. Carina

In NYC the deal is not as good. One dish is $18.99. The cake about $9.99
Still not bad as a date night in.

  16. Melinda

If you have Bank of America you get an additional 5% cash back.

    • Sue

Thanks for the reminder, Melinda! PNC has a 10% cash back offer going on right now.

  17. Erin

Thanks so much! Ordered dinner for tomorrow night (which is crazy busy- soccer, Girl Scouts…) Got 4 baked ziti, 2 salads, 4 breadsticks, and added another dozen breadsticks instead of dessert 😊 Total before coupon was $30.77, so $25.77 plus tax

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Such a great deal Erin! Enjoy your stress free dinner tomorrow night! πŸ˜€

    • Noelle

I did exactly the same, after our first week of school, it was a nice Friday treat! I fed 2 adults and 3 kids and I still have 1 salad, 1 entree and 6 breadsticks left!

  18. Pon

In the picture I see the free pasta is the same size as the one you paid for. However in my experience, the free one is always smaller portion!

  19. Shonee05

Wow! I live about 30 minutes away but this is a great deal! Worth the drive for me! Thanks!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re welcome!

  20. kathy

WOW! Thanks for the great code for Olive Garden!!! I appreciate all of you hard work! πŸ™‚

  21. Jennine

Will you be posting reminders each week in one of the round up? I book marked this, but I’ll probably forget in a couple weeks. THANK YOU for the awesome deal!

  22. Melanie

Thanks for the reminder of the bank purchase rewards!

  23. Shellen

Thank you odered mine. And having dinner now & other dish for lunch tomorrow

  24. lori

is the food suppose to be cold when i pick up the togo order?

    • Sarah O.

One entree is hot and one is cold, but has easy heating instructions on the label. πŸ™‚

  25. Sarah O.

We are having our entire downstairs renovated and have to eat out and have takeout a bunch due to not having a kitchen. We’ve done this deal at least 3 times the past few weeks and the B1G1 meals, plus 6 extra breadsticks easily feeds my family of 5. $12 + tip is cheaper than I can make it myself and my kids love it! They’ve saved us!

  26. Sasha

Thank u so much! I took advantage of this last night except I added a kids meal for 5.99 versus the cheesecake. The kids pasta was almost the same size as the adult spaghetti and u got a side with it! All of that food for just 29.39. What an amazing deal!!

  27. biggindc

Thanks! Sharing with my friend whose mom is in the hospital. Her mom usually does all the cooking so my friend and her children are dining on limited leftovers.

  28. jennifer e

Just ordered online and worked fine for me. I also went on Raise.com and got a gift card for an extra 20% off. πŸ™‚

  29. Karin

I did this last night too but instead of the cheesecake I got chicken on two of our entrees. It was more than enough to feed the 5 that were home last night and we even have one entree left over for lunch today!

  30. CJG

Can’t wait to do this! I have a $25 gift card lying around so it will be almost free for all this food! Thank you so much for sharing this great deal!

  31. Mandy B

I don’t know what is going on with the website, but it’s telling me they’re out of pretty much everything I try to order when I reach the $30 range.

  32. Erica

Usually they will not allow you to use a q with promotional items. You might be able to get away with it online, or if someone decides to let it slide.

  33. Kelli S

Got it to work, added everything I wanted to my cart went to check out and it emptied my cart when I logged in, wouldn’t let me order after that. I reset the history on my computer, used the link again and it worked. Ordered my dinner for this evening to be picked up on my way home from work. Also, was able to use the 5off30 code. Tropical Storm here and this will be the perfect dinner as long as the restaurant doesn’t close this evening……
    Thank you!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh good! You’re so welcome! Stay safe!

  34. Megan

Thanks! Just did this for tomorrow! πŸ™‚ I found an old OG gift card in my wallet with enough balance to cover this and do almost another round!

Plus, I ordered a tiramisu just for me! πŸ˜€ woohoo!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yum! You’re welcome Megan!

  35. Joanna

I have done the BOGO deal to go, with the 20% off order deals they’ve run in the past few weeks (expired now, I believe). The menu description says you’ll only get 2 breadsticks per order, but my location always gives us a whole bag stuffed full of them. My teenager loves those things (I really don’t), so he’s been quite excited!

  36. Colleen

Thanks! We got it for dinner tonight as a quick and easy meal for a busy, rainy night. Thanks, Hermine…. πŸ˜‰

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You are so welcome! Happy you could snag the offer! πŸ˜€

  37. Tonya

Once again, Hip2Save to the rescue! After a few hrs at the ortho it was nice to get this awesome deal that the entire family can enjoy!! πŸ’•πŸ’•love you guys!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Aww, so happy you can grab this easy dinner after a long appointment! You’re most welcome! Enjoy! πŸ˜‰

  38. Kristin

Bummer! Dine in only here too. I wonder why they do that?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How odd, were you able to click through the links above and build your order for carryout? I am still finding that as an option for me as I click through the site. Hope this helps!

  39. Ingrid

My daughter works at OG (central Texas) as a to go specialist. They offer the BOTO as to go. Maybe call your OG and find out what their policy is? Remember to be kind to your specialist. Don’t forget to tip. πŸ™‚

  40. Rose

Is this deal still working? Thinking of using it tomorrow!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yes! Still working! πŸ˜€

  41. Amy Cardinal

This is awesome. Just ordered!!! I upgraded my meals a little and my restaurant doesn’t have the pumpkin cheesecake at this time but I still got all of this plus a different cheesecake for $32! Thank you!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re welcome Amy! Glad you could still score a cheesecake dessert! πŸ™‚

  42. Karen

These deals NEVER work for me, but after hearing about everyone’s success on here, I decided to try it for dinner tonight since we have football games and it would be quick and easy. As usual, not quick or easy for me, ugh! I went to the specials tab on the OG website and placed the first meal in my cart, expecting to be prompted to choose my free meal. Instead I was asked to choose my location and pickup time. After doing this, I noticed that my cart was empty. I returned to the specials tab to find that the spaghetti with meat sauce entree now said “not available” and several other entrees now said “dine in only”. I called my local OG who said they of course had plenty of all the entrees. They were nice enough to take my order over the phone and still give me the extra $5 off. I’m wondering if they are blocking the Buy 1, Take 1 special online during peak dining hours (I am EST)? Has anyone else had this problem?

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

How strange, Super glad you could still snag the deal over the phone Karen! Thanks for sharing your experience!

    • Noelle

I found that it kept kicking me out of the special, I had to keep going to the home page to place my next item order, but I did get it to work, glad you got yours too!

  43. Corina

No pumpkin cheese cake….bummer. I ordered two of the Dolcini instead and my total was $31.56 and then I used the code. Thanks again for such great deals!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh YUM! You’re welcome Corina! Enjoy your dinner!

  44. hahn

Thanks! It’s my BIRTHDAY and we headed to a city with Olive Garden! I got it to go and paid $34! Hubby wanted the pricier meal and I still wanted the desserts for my bday! Kids ate the free ones and we had so much left over and super full!!!!

  45. Andrea

Just got it thanks! And I got the build a bear this morning. It was a Hip2save Day!!!

  46. Mom2Two

Can any one please let me know, if you can freeze them?

  47. Mom2Two

Can anyone please let me know, if we can freeze the food? Thank you!

  48. onewildchild

Worked great last night for me!! Thanks… One thing: the two “free” meals were cold and ready to bake for future with instructions. I put them straight in the freezer πŸ™‚ I didn’t see anything about that on here, so I thought I would let you know. It was a ton of food, no pumpkin cheesecake available at ours either, but we got the totally awesome cherry cheesecake, it was amazing. Thank you !!!!
