Got all the way to the checkout process fine. Tried paypal and it said it had an error connecting. Tried to enter my card manually and when It went to the confirm page it displayed the failure to connect to server error. So I closed out the website and tried to go to mead.com again manually and through the link provided and neither will open anything. It’s a big white page with just the words my account that is not interactive. :/

Same here Lily. I called and Mead said they are currently working on the website so it isn’t working. Want to use Shoprunner for 2 day shipping but they can’t do that over the phone. Ugh. Major PITA.
I called customer service and they happen to be upgrading their website currently that is why there are issues. I ordered mine on the phone and the sweet and funny customer service rep said they had some still available just to let everyone know. So you could always just call if that is easier and just give them the code. Super easy!

I still cannot get this to work. He keeps telling me the number on the back of my card is incorrect and then won’t let me pick up anything or do anything on the website.

I have bin trying since 11.30 . This morning . Said my 3 digit was in correct… it would not let me go back.. They have all of my info.. it keeps saying site n/a.. can’t find a ph # to call..Any ideas on what to do .?? TIA

I cleared my history in chrome, was able to get all the way thru checkout and after clicking place order it said my cvv was wrong on my credit card. I even tried it with a different card and same thing =( I know I can call but I shouldn’t have to do that. Is this offer good tomorrow also?

FINALLY got the website to work for me TODAY after opening in another browser. I was having the same problems…..Got to the final checkout page and it wouldn’t complete and then website wouldn’t load for me correctly after that.
I just wanted you guys to know that it WILL work if you open in another browser. And the shipping code STUDENT is still working as of today!!!
