It took 16% off for me.
I got this offer via MyPoints email, plus earn 8 mypoints per dollar. For me, offer expires 9/17. I tried two food establishments and got only 16% off the already reduced groupon price. Says UP TO 50%.
I was able to get 16% off on some deals but not on other deals. If the code isn’t working for you maybe try a different deal.

mine says WEEKEND10 get 10dollars off (and it doesn’t specify a must purchase amount) I tested it on some Georgia Museum of Agriculture and Historic Village…tickets 4 for 14 -minus the 10 that’s 4 adult tickets for 4 bucks! whoohoo! Saving my tickets for when the train is running again, my kids LOVE this…great fall activity to do.

You have to read the fine print on each deal. I tried a promo code on a deal last week and it wouldn’t work. After reading the fine print on the deal itself, the deal said promo codes were not valid.
It’s confusing when it says to check the code’s rules, when it’s really in the deal’s fine print.
I got hibachi for 50% off using the promo and went through Sears VIP groupon deal for extra $5 off! Thanks!!
What is the sears vip groupon deal?
If your a SYWR member you login and click rewards tab at top center of the page. They usually have coupons for 4.99 oil changes etc. There’s a Groupon one for $5 off and 10% back in pts. HTH

login to Groupon, chose a deal you want to buy. Use promo FOOTBALL posted on here to see if it will give you 50%. Open another tab and login to SYWR account. On top of the page, near the center, you will see the word “rewards”. Hover on that and click it. It will show you your VIP benefits that you can load to your account. You must go through their portal to now go back to Groupon. Proceed to cart in Groupon and check out. HTH
SYWR Partners or VIP is like Ebates, you get cash back, well instead of cash you are getting points for your online purchases through SYWR site, and then you can redeem the points at Sears, Kmart, Land’s End.
It’s free to use and you need to login with your SYWR account.
Sometimes it has great deals, better than other cash back sites, for example “get $10 back when you spend $25”
What does it take to be a select member? I order a Groupon at least once a month and I never get chosen for any of these deals. Is it based on loyalty or amount spent? What? Anybody have any insight?
It’s really hit or miss, no logic that I can figure out. I always try the codes to see if they’ll go through, even if that “pink” bar appears, I still proceed because sometimes it will just go through anyway;)
