It will be $0.70 they take the target coupon off first which will take it to $1.00 then the cartwheel that will take 30% off $1.00 which is 0.70

Does anyone know how many you can buy at one time?
Cartwheel can only be used up to 4 per transaction and 6 transactions in a day. With coupons you can use up to 4 of the same in a trip, you aren’t supposed to use more than this in a shopping trip according to the policy.
