    I thought you could only redeem an sbux gc one time? I redeemed it one time then the second time i had enough points to get another one i got denied.

      I think they changed their policy (thankfully) because I got two $5 gift cards, no problem.

    I was staring at my inbox for awhile, and was wondering if I should contact them. I read the FAQs… and it states that you should receive your eGift email 24 hours later! That shouldn’t have to be a FAQ! It should state that on the order’s “Congratulations! Your reward will be sent to:” page!
    I was expecting an immediate code, but 24 hours makes sense, but the website should state “Congratulations! Your reward will be sent in an email 24 hours from now to:”

      It took me 4 days to receive the email (Rewards on the way from Huggies®‏ ). I requested the eGift on 9/16 and the Reward link and code came on 9/20. MAYBE mine took longer than 24 hours because it was over the weekend.
      I guess the FAQ/reward confirmation page should state it takes 1-2 BUSINESS days to receive the code.

    Thanks Collin. I no longer buy huggies cause they still have codes but will not honor them. I never can figure out how to scan and email the receipt to them so I don’t do it either. I have switched to pampers.

    I just wiped out all the points I had getting the gift card and I don’t plan on buying Huggies again. I had to watch the videos and read all the articles to get that extra hundred points. It’s not like Ibotta or mobisave scanning receipts. It was much easier just to enter the codes. And they should have continued getting codes even if some people did the receipt and the codes. I have about 10 stickers with codes on them I don’t know why I’m saving them because they are worthless.

    Still waiting on mine too. I called customer service and they said any rewards issues now are only handled thru email. So annoying.

    I think that their rewards program has really gone down hill. I ordered a potty seat with my points over 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. I have contacted them, through email, now roughly 4 times regarding the seat, and each time am told that they are investigating the case with their fulfillment company. In the past, I ordered at least 3-4 toys with points and they came within 2 weeks. I’m not holding my breath anymore 🙁

    I received the email for the 5$ gift card. It gave me the card number but for the pin, it only gave me 4 of the 8 digits … the last 4 are XXXX’s how do I get the rest of the pin?
