Once I went through with paypal, i was charged $4.99 for shipping, even with two hats in my cart. 🙁 oh well, still a great deal!

It worked for me too… I was also able to add another hat priced on sale for $15 and it lowered the price to $10… It said free shipping all the way through even up until the confirm button then on the last page the invoice page it charged 4.99 for the delivery. I bought 3 hats for Christmas Presents.
