Love the lavender dish soap! Very pleased with this product and the customer care valued in this company! They made it right very quickly when I had bought a bad batch of hand soaps. Wrote an email, got a response, they wrote me a check for the bad products, and followed up with me. Best customer service around.

Amber, in what way was the batch bad? I purchased an entire case of the lemongrass last year. My husband hated it & said it didn’t work to clean our baby’s bottles & other feeding supplies, so I never purchased SG after we finished the case. I’m wondering if this is what you mean? Thanks!!!
Hi Sharon! I bought the mandarin hand soap and it smelled great for a bit but then after a while the scent faded and all I could smell was a chemical smell. I had stocked up with 4+ bottles of this soap during a H2S deal post and was a tad upset that I was only on bottle #1! Sure enough I checked all bottles and the chemical smell was in all of them. It didn’t cleanse either. No suds and just plain nasty smelling! So I contacted SG and they made it right by sending a reimbursement check of the retail prices of the bottles I had purchased. Keep in mind, I did send them pictures of the bottles I had on hand and the batch numbers on the bottles so they had some proof of my purchase as I had tossed my receipt by then.
Great deal, but you can only buy 3 of the individual scents of the laundry detergent at once. Since I use the unscented, I am thinking of buying 1 scented one and then exchanging in person.

I just contacted Target.com and they said you can’t combine the subscribe & save 20% promotion and the buy 3, get 1 free promotion. Although I couldn’t find this anywhere in the fine print…
How strange as the promos are all working for me still at checkout.
So I went to my Target and received $9 from Ibotta. $2 for Seventh Gen Laundry, $3 Seventh Gen Laundry, $2 New Seventh Gen Laundry Detergent Packs, and $2 Seventh Gen Laundry Packs. Plus they are all included for the B3G1 deal at $9.99 a piece!
So it’s like getting 2 for free actually! And they had sample size containers of 5 loads for $2.99 with a $3 off coupon when you bought 100 oz or larger (the ones that are on sale), which essentially made the sample sizes free!
