I bought these on an earlier sale. I pulled a 350°cookie sheet out if the oven and felt the heat. Good thing the counter was close because I dropped it quick! In the trash they went and back to a regular pot holder.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve wondered how well these work.

The reviews for these on Amazon seem to echo those sentiments, too, Sandra. I was looking at buying them but, I think I’ll pass.

Oh no! Sorry to hear that Sandra. Thanks for the honest feedback!

I had a pair of these exact gloves and threw them away. You can absolutely feel the heat and not just a bit. It hurts enough to make you want to drop whatever you are holding. Buyer beware.

Bummer! 🙁 Thanks for the review Steph!

I requested to cancel the order I placed before reading the comments here, hopefully they’ll cancel! Thanks Hipsters

Hmmm I wonder if the exact brand makes a difference. My husband ordered me some red ones and I laughed at him, but they actually work really well. I used them recently for canning a bunch of peaches and they saved me from hot jars and steam.

That’s interesting. Glad to hear how well they worked for you! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks! I ordered but cancelled after reading your comments!
