Didn’t this used to cost $6.99? I also had a bad experience with Cheryl’s end on their Groupon. It was not for the full $30.00 amount it was supposed to be and Cheryl’s did nothing to try to fix the problem but Groupon came through 100%! Groupon has great customer service! Sadly since Cheryl’s lack of customer service on their part I will not order from them again and I loved their cookies!
I also had a bad experience. I sent cookies to my niece, nephew, and to each of my kids and the cute cookies were all broken! They are delicious but paying a premium for broken cookies is no good. I called Cheryl’s and they gave me a 10 dollar savings pass but it didn’t work. After calling twice, I decided it’s not worth the headache. Sorry Cheryl’s. 🙁

6 cookies for $ 12.99 is very expensive. For that much I would expect intricate designs on the cookies, not just frosting smeared on top. I make my own cookies and send them around the world to friends and family that all love them. I need to quit my job at the law firm and get into the cookie business lol
