Concerned because their APP because it has several unhappy customers and complaints.
    Has anyone actually used it?
    Any problems?

    • Elena

Yes, I used it. Recently I bought an e-gift card and checked the balance upon receiving. It was correct. When I was ready to redeem, the balance was zero. It was outside the 100 days money-back Guarantee. I contacted the customer service of the gift card, since gift cards don’t expire. I appeared that they closed down the gift card because it was bought using stolen credit card or something like that. I was also told that they had many problems like that in the past with e-gift cards bought through raise.com. So they refused to reinstate the balance as well as raise since it was more than 100 days. So I think buying cards from someone that knows all the information and can use the gift card is very risky. If you do buy the card, make sure to use it within 100 days and such cards are probably not for gifting.

I’ve used Raise TONS of time with no problems at all! In fact I just bought one today and saved $10. I also went thru Ebates for 1% back. Every little bit adds up and helps 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet! Thanks for sharing!

  6. Grateful

I have used Raise about 10 times successfully. Once, I bought a physical card that was never received & customer service promptly returned the money to my account.

I just did this and it worked! With the 40 % off old navy deal I got $50 worth of clothing for $15! Thanks

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awesome score! 😀

  8. Christian

How quickly do you get the gift card? Is old navy’s free shipping on 50.00 before or after the 40% promotion coupon?

  9. Reyna

I did not get the 5 dlls credit.

  10. Christian

Signed up but forgot to use the referral link and it would not let me combine promo codes for the 10.00 off and 5.00 off. Tried to sign up using my husbands email through the referral link and it said an account cannot be made at this time. Not worth the hassle.

  11. Jenni

I used to use them alot, but now I am skeptical. If it is a card I am going to use right away (like for an online purchase) I will, but not something like Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks that stays loaded for a while. I bought my husband a $75 DD card. After 90 something days, the card suddenly stopped working. He called DD and they said the card number was reported stolen and he can no longer access it or get any money back because he did not have the physical card. Luckily, it was still within Raise’s 100 day guarantee so we got a refund for the remaining balance (he had a screen shot). If it had been over the 100 days and this happened, we would have been out the rest of the money. DD said the only way this would have happened is if the original person who had proof of purchase of the physical card which I am guessing is the seller from raise, called to report the numbers had been stolen. And by doing this, they got back whatever balance was left on the card. So it is not Raise I do not trust, it is their sellers.

    • Jenni

Oh and, the DD rep did specifically mention they do not recommend buying from Raise (which they mentioned specifically) or other online places because they apparently hear of this happening very often,

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry to hear about that Jenni! Thanks for much for sharing your experience. Raise purchases are protected by their 100 Day Money-Back Guarantee. This guarantee covers gift cards that are inactive, have an inaccurate balance, or are not received for up to 100 days from the date of purchase. Hope this helps!

  12. Dawn

I’ve been trying to get this to work for 15 minutes and it won’t let me create an account thru the link 🙁 Page loads fine, I fill in all the info, then hit “Continue” and it does nothing. So frustrating. Guess I’ll just pay the extra $10 for my Old Navy order. Ugh.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Darn! Have you tried it in a different browser?

  13. Carrie

Horrible app! Code won’t go through and customer service have no clue what to do. Don’t waste your time!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

So sorry to hear that! Are you able to hop on a desktop?

    • Raise

Sorry to hear that, Carrie. We can help you out! Please send an email to member.success@raise.com.
