Has anyone used cast iron on a glass stovetop? Bad idea?

    • Andrea

I was wondering the same thing

    • Lindsay

I use mine on my glass top all the time with no problems. Cast iron lasts forever!!

    • Lynn

Jan, I’ve also used my cast iron pans on a glass top stove with no issues either. Just try not to let anyone “scrape” the pan on the surface top or it WILL scratch as it is heavy.

Grill pan out of stock already. Darn!

Thanks I just got the grill pan and the 12 inch with In store pick up. I really wanted the press but didn’t want to pay separate shipping for that item.

Does anyone know if the 30%off code is going to be good for the whole month of September?

    • pandoraaddict

Cardholder codes only last about 10 days, 9/15-25. They don’t have monthly codes.

      • Laura

Ok I was wondering if it was going to be good when the Kohl’s cash started but I figured it probably wouldn’t

        • pandoraaddict

Kohls cash is now until 9/25

    • Renee

Hi, how do you get $10 off with Discover card?

      • Jessica

Once you sign into your Discover account, look in the discover deals section. You should be able to search for Kohls and see the $10 off $30 offer (it may only be for select accounts). You add it as a promotion code (it actually works at a $10 Kohls cash and you don’t need to spend $30 to use it), no need to pay with Discover.

What are grill presses used for?

    • Julie

For even cooking of meats and also as a health benefit for the discarded oil. And it will look like the meat has been char broiled for a very delicious appeal.
