Hi Katie! Here is what the details list, of how the Bonus Rewards work – “Rewards are issued as points. Rewards are paid monthly online only as a rewards certificate for every 1,000 points earned. Rewards certificates are redeemable for future purchases at Office Depot and OfficeMax stores, officedepot.com, or by phone at 800-GO-DEPOT. Unpaid rewards expire at the end of each quarter.”
